1. The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using SendLinks for a company or team, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. You must be at least 16 years old, and the details you give us must be accurate.
3. What you upload
Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you share it with. You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload, including any videos, images, documents or brand material belonging to the company you represent.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use SendLinks to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, to share content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful or infringing, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Do not use it to track people in a way that breaks the law where you or they live.
5. Messaging law is on you
SendLinks hands your message to your own phone or email client — you press send. You are responsible for complying with the messaging and marketing rules that apply to you, including consent and opt-out requirements. Do not text people who have not agreed to hear from you.
6. Tracking disclosure
Every page created with SendLinks tells the recipient that the sender can see it was opened. You agree not to remove, obscure or misrepresent that notice.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
8. Free plan limits
The free plan is offered as-is and its limits may change. We will tell you before reducing anything you are actively relying on.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep SendLinks running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting faults and things outside our control can cause downtime.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, SendLinks is provided as-is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost data.
12. Changes to these terms
We will email account holders before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
